RETURN POLICY 

20-30% restocking charge will apply on returned items within 15 days of purchase only if the following conditions have been met:

• Only full, sealed boxes will be accepted pending they are in good condition.
• No returns on setting products, sealers, cleaners, clearance items, and special orders.
• No returns after 15 days 
• Customer is responsible for colour and quantity ordered.
• DZN Centre is not responsible for any damages incurred to the tiles after pickup or delivery.
