Stop Plus 299-0 is an environmentally friendly water-based and stain-resistant undercoat for interior or exterior use. Stop Plus 299-0 is a super adherent water-based undercoat for inside and outside use.

Blocks soot caused by fire and fireplace. Neutralizes most common stains such as tar, crayon, ink, lipstick , etc.
